What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original carton packaging. We do not accept returns of used or tested items. 

You will be refunded the total items minus a $10 handling fee to cover restocking. We cannot refund the original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.

We can only accept returns on orders placed on cantobrazil.com. For orders from other retailers, please don’t hesitate to contact the original point of purchase.

Are the fragrances used in Canto Brazil products natural?

Rest assured, our fragrances are made from essential oils and synthetic isolates from natural sources. They are suitable for sensitive skin and have passed the EU IFRA and RIFM safety standards. They are also Paraben—and Phthalate-free.
